PRICES:  All prices are F.O.B. factory, in Wisconsin, and are subject to change. 

PRODUCTION TIME:  3-5 working days with camera ready art. (Critical, rush orders can be completed in one day). 

LESS THAN MINIMUM:  Not Available on most items.

COPY CHANGES:  $12.00 each per copy change.
  
OVER & UNDERRUNS:  All efforts are made to ship exact quantities, however, due to the manufacturing process, sometimes it is not possible to produce exact numbers.  Therefore, 5% ratio is allowable, and will be billed accordingly. 

RE-ORDERS:  Re-order with no changes will have no plate charge. Please identify with our factory our previous invoice number, distributor order number, and date of last order. 

ART CHARGE:  There will be no art charge if camera ready art is provided, artwork must be approved by the factory before production begins. Disc and emailed artwork is preferred. 

COLOR MATCHING:  There is no charge for PMS color matching. Special colors-add an extra color running charge. 

STOCK:  Standard white 80 lbs. High Gloss Enamel. In addition to white, a large selection of background colors is available. 

SAFETY PINS:  All our buttons include a safety-pinned back for child protection. 

PATENT & COPYRIGHTS:  The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents, or copyrights on any designs provided or requested.

 

CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING:  Add $25.00  per 1,000 piece. Production time for consecutive numbering order is 15 working days. 

BULLDOG CLIPS:  Add $0.20 per piece.

CLOTHING MAGNET:  Add $0.28 per piece. 

PROOFS:  We encourage all customers to proof their orders. Actual product proofs is required for orders of 10,000 pieces. Factory will apply a paper proof for any order it deems necessary at no charge, even if it is not requested. Proof charges can be found on product pages. 

COLOR SEPARATIONS:  Full color photo or colorful artwork requiring 4-color process sepal-ration / scanning: $75.00 per item. 

HALFTONE:  Black & white photo: $15.00 per photo. 

PACKAGING:  Bulk packed in poly bags. 

SPECIAL POLY BAGGING:  (per bag) 

SHIPPING:  F.O.B. factory in Wisconsin. Order will be shipped the most economical way. Normal shipping is accomplished by UPS, Fed EX, DHL and other common carriers unless otherwise specified. Delivery liability with factory ends when merchandize is delivered to the freight carrier. Please provide one typed label for each carton of order. 

DROP SHIPMENTS:  Multi-location shipment destinations, made at the same time, in one order: $2.50 per location. No charge if labels are provided. Please provide appropriate    number of labels per location. 

RUSH ORDERS:  Less than three days: add $30.00 (net) or 10%; whichever is greater. 

QUOTATIONS:  All factory quotes are valid for 60 days. Call factory for quotes larger than quantities shown for best pricing.

PHONE & FAX ORDERS:  Phone orders are acceptable; however they must be confirmed in writing via fax or mail. 

CLAIMS:  All claims must be made with in 30 days of delivery. Unauthorized claims will be refused.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:  Order cancelled during production will be charged. Minimum $30.00, plus any charges incurred do date of cancellation.

PAYMENT TERMS: All new orders are asked for 50-100% payment before an order can be processed. Prepayment deposit can be cash, credit card, checks, wire transfer or L/C. Factory will allow 30% days payment terms after credit information has been provided and verified by the factory.
